Berkshire Cycles Bracknell Bees Digital Strategy

Over the summer the Berkshire Cycles Bracknell Bees re-launched on social media with profiles on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube to compliment our new website.

As a modern day sports club, it’s important to build and maintain a successful digital platform as the dominance of the smartphone shows no sign of slowing. More and more people are constantly connected to the world via their handheld device and regularly checking their social media profiles.

The Bees encourage the responsible use of social media which is why we have carefully considered our Digital strategy as Graham Bell explains; “More and more for clubs across the country, the importance of communicating and providing content for supporters and sponsors throughout the week is becoming important. People are invested in their teams more than ever and we need to match their needs.

“We are blessed to have a passionate and dedicated team here at Bracknell, focused on connecting with our fanbase, across traditional and digital media. Products like Bees TV and the soon to be launched ‘BEES’ monthly magazine are integral to achieving our aims and I hope all associated with the club and beyond will be delighted with their outcomes.”

Now that the season is underway, we have plans to boost our output across these channels as we continue to bring cultural change to the image of the club.
