On Saturday the Bracknell Bees launched their 19/20 schedule which sees them start with two weeks of pre-season challenges before kicking off competition for real with a visit from Peterborough Phantoms to the Hive on September 21st.
Scanning through the fixtures list you’ll notice that the face-off times are different this season. Saturday games will now face-off later, at 6.15pm, with Sunday games facing off earlier at 5.30pm. Doors open times will also be adjusted accordingly with the new face-off times.
With the success of our Schools Zone in 2018/19 we’ve made some other changes at the Hive as well with the away block and school’s zone blocks moving places. Away supporters will now be watching games from block 4 at the opposite end of the rink, seeing their team attacking twice in the game.
The Schools Zone will move to Block 2 and the new Groups Zone will be set up in block 1 as the Bees community programme is going from strength to strength.
The dressing rooms have also swapped around for 19/20 with the Bees now taking the dressing room closer to the schools and groups blocks and the visting team now using the former Bees dressing room.
Until the end of July the Bees have re-opened the season ticket early bird opportunity and added in a special bonus of buying a Hornets season ticket covering both NIHL1 and 2 for just £100 when purchased with a Bees early bird season ticket. Email email@example.com
