Bucket Collection

Yesterday Sharon and Katie walked a 29 mile marathon raising money for Batten Fighters Forever.  Batten Fighters Forever (BFF) is focussed on raising awareness of Batten Disease and the support needs of children and families with Batten Disease. BFF will provide grants to directly assist children and families as well as other charities and organisations providing support.

The ladies raised £1500 onheir marathon walk yesterday and there’ll be a collection at the Hive tonight as they hope to top up their total to £2000 to be donated.  Please give generously.


The M4 is closed in both directions until 6.30am on Monday morning between Junction 6 and Junction 5.  This is in addition to speed restrictions continuing on the M4 motorway due to the Smart Motorway upgrade works. Please allow extra time when planning your journey by car.
